Can anyone at Kulraise read our messages or our readings?

No. There is no path in the app that shows staff the content of a message, a reading, a note or a post — not for support, not for the owner, not with a key. Support can see counts and states, and can perform a small, audited set of actions, none of which reads what anybody wrote.

When a family asks for help, they create a key. The key opens specific actions; it does not open the family’s content. Every use is written down and the family is told while it happens.

There is deliberately no owner-can-read-everything door. It is the kind of thing that is easy to add later and impossible to take back.
