Come with a friend’s code and the Family plan is free for your first year — no card, nothing to cancel, and when the year ends you move to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe. Prices are per family and per month — not per child. The health side is free on every plan and is not part of this at all.

The limits below are real: they decide how much you can add. They never decide whether you can reach what you have already put in. Signing in, reading every habit, transaction and reading you have recorded, and downloading the sugar log and the bank statement as CSV are free on every plan, including Free — and stay that way if you stop paying.

Questions families ask
Is it really free?
The Free plan is, for as long as you like — one child, one parent, habits, pocket money and the savings bank. The health side is free on every plan, permanently — that is not part of any plan and there is no switch that could put it behind one. Sign up with another family's invite code and you are on the Family plan free for twelve months from the day you sign up. No card is taken. When the twelve months end your family moves to the Free plan unless you choose to pay; you are told inside the app thirty days before, and nothing is deleted.
Is my child's money real?
No. Kulraise tracks the pocket money you already give, so a child can learn saving, interest and investing without a real bank account or card. The funds are a simulation, on purpose.
What happens to my child's readings if I stop paying?
Nothing at all, and you can keep adding to them. The sugar log, the doses, the pens, the daily checks and the doctor report are free on every plan including Free — they are not part of the plan system, so there is nothing to stop. Everything already recorded stays readable and the CSV export is one tap, as it always was.
What else happens if I stop paying?
The family returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — every habit, transaction and reading stays and stays readable, an open fixed deposit runs to maturity, and a challenge already under way finishes and pays out. The extras simply stop starting new things until you come back.
Do I need an invite code?
No. Anyone can sign up and is in straight away. A code from a family already using Kulraise is worth a year of the Family plan — to you, and to them once you have been here a month — but without one you still get the Free plan, forever.
Do you sell data?
No. No ads, no trackers, no sharing. Health entries are used for your family's screens and your doctor's report, and for nothing else.
What if I need help?
Settings → Help creates a time-limited support key. Nobody at Kulraise can open your family without one, you can see every time it was used, and you can close it in a tap.
