Do I have to pay for the health side?

No. The health side is free on every plan, for everybody, and always has been. There is no setting that switches it off behind a bill — in the code that decides what each plan includes, health is not an entry at all.

That is not a promotion. A family with a newly diagnosed child should never be working out whether they can afford to write down a blood-sugar reading.

It holds even when a month goes unpaid: the health screens are on a short list of things a billing restriction may never reach, and that list is read by a test rather than remembered by a person.
