The partner programme

Partner terms

One page, read before the tick. The numbers are the ones the programme pays today and are read from the same place the payouts are. If you are looking for the programme itself, it is at kulraise.com/partner.

What a partner is

A partner is an adult who introduces families to Kulraise and is paid a share of what those families pay for a plan. A partner is not an employee, an agent or a representative of Kulraise, cannot sign anything on its behalf, and runs their own affairs — including their own taxes.

What is paid, and on what

20% of what a family actually pays for their first month on a paid plan, and 10% of what they pay for the 12 paid months after it. The share is of money received — after any discount, and only once a month has been marked paid by a person at Kulraise. A family on the Free plan earns nothing until they choose to pay; a month written off earns nothing; a payment reversed or refunded takes the share with it. Rates may be changed for future months with notice to you; a share already earned is never changed.

Whose family it is

A family is yours when the parent types your code at signup. Not before, not by a claim afterwards, and not if they typed another family's invite code or another partner's code instead. A family already on Kulraise cannot be claimed.

When it is paid

Monthly, by UPI transfer to the UPI ID you gave us, for everything approved, once the approved total passes ₹500.00. Each earning is approved by a person here before it is paid; an earning is voided, with the reason written on it, if the payment it came from turns out to be wrong. Tax is deducted at source where the law requires it, and you may be asked for your PAN by email for that purpose — it is not stored in the app.

What you can see

Your own page: how many families joined through your code, how many are on a paid plan, what you are owed and what you have been paid. Never a family's name, a child, a reading, a message or anything else inside the app. That is the promise Kulraise makes to every family, and it binds you as it binds us.

The three things a partner never does

Never promises a health outcome of any kind — Kulraise keeps a log, treats nobody, and never calculates or suggests an insulin dose. Never creates an account for a family, holds a family's password or PIN, or fills in a form on their behalf — a parent signs up themselves and agrees to the terms themselves. Never says or writes anything about Kulraise that this site does not say. Any one of these ends the partnership that day, with what was already earned still paid.

Ending it

You can end it any time by replying to any email from us and saying so; we can end it with thirty days' notice, or immediately for a breach of the three rules above. Either way, what was earned before the end is paid on the usual schedule, and families who joined through your code keep using Kulraise exactly as before.

Your information

What we keep about a partner, why, and for how long is on the privacy page under “If you are a Kulraise partner”. The short version: your name, contact details, code, UPI ID and the ledger of what was owed and paid, for as long as the partnership stands and for eight years after the last payout, because a payment we made has to be a payment to somebody.

The law

Indian law applies, and the courts at the seat of the company that runs Kulraise. These terms are the whole agreement between a partner and Kulraise; a promise made in a call or a message that is not here is not a promise.
