How does my child sign in?

With the family’s join code and a four-digit PIN — not an email address and not a password. A child picks their own name from the family list and types the PIN.

The join code lets a child into their own account and nothing else. It is deliberately not the same thing as your referral code, which is the one you paste into WhatsApp: collapsing the two would turn every share into a way into a child’s health log.

Wrong PINs slow down after the third try, every sign-in and every failure is written down, and a parent can read the whole list under Settings → Security.
